Do my customers need an app?

No. iPhones from the XR onward and nearly all recent Android phones read the card with a tap. Anyone else can scan the QR code with their camera.

What if I get a bad review?

We draft a calm, professional reply and send it to you before it's posted, so you can add details only you know. A thoughtful reply to a bad review often matters more to future customers than the review itself.

Can I just buy cards without a monthly plan?

Yes. Cards and kits are a one-time purchase and work on their own. The monthly plans are for owners who want the replies, posts and photos handled too.

What happens if I cancel?

Your cards keep sending customers to your Google review page. We remove ourselves as a manager on your profile and hand over anything we created for you.

Who writes the replies?

We do, in your voice. Before we start we learn how you talk to customers, which names and dishes to mention, and anything that's off limits.

What does a tap business card open?

Your own digital contact card. The person you meet taps your card or scans its QR code, sees your details, and saves you to their phone contacts in one step. You don't need an app, and neither do they.
